Cornwall Resources Limited (“CRL”) is the operating company for the Redmoor Tungsten-Tin-Copper Project, located in Kelly Bray, Cornwall, U.K. CRL, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Strategic Minerals plc.
CRL would like to invite residents and interested parties to view a series of board-mounted displays, to be held at Callington Town Hall on the 9th of June, ahead of the commencement of new exploration borehole drilling activities. CRL staff will attend to help explain the displays and answer any questions regarding our project status and plans.
CRL has received match grant funding from the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, managed by the Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Good Growth Project. These funds are to be utilised to undertake a planned exploration drilling project and associated activities at Redmoor. Drilling will be undertaken within the conditions set by an existing Planning Permission granted by Cornwall Council, with an additional General Permitted Development Order (“GPDO”) application underway for an additional drilling pad location.
The GDPO application will be submitted to Cornwall Council following the completion of necessary surveys and assessments, with the aim of approving exploration drilling on a further 3 drill pads in the vicinity of Redmoor Road.
Drilling operations are planned to commence before the end of June 2025, and will last for up to 6 months. Further community updates will be held during drilling operations and following the completion of borehole drilling.
