Callington Town Market – Set Out Your Stall!

The Council is planning on organising a monthly market based at the Pannier Market where local stall holders can sell their crafts, services & products.

There will be space for over 40 stall holders in marquees & tables, electricity and internet access can be supplied. The first market will be on the 7th July 2019 from 10:00am to 3:00pm.

To express your interest in attending please visit our “Callington Town Market” page by clicking here & fill in the online form or download and print out a paper copy and return it to the Market Committee who will then review the forms. Chosen stallholders will then be contacted and asked to make payment which will then confirm your space.

Stallholders will be selected based on their product and locality. This will enable a variety of goods to be on sale and avoid duplicate stalls where possible. Preference will be given by locality when/if we receive more than one application per category of goods.

      Hi Carmella

If you are a stall holder, please see the information below regarding unloading/loading up your vehicle which can also be found on the booking form, you will then need to move your car to the B&M car park which is FREE on a Sunday.

‘Stalls must be fully set-up by 10am for the event opening and trade until at least 3.00pm. The Pannier Market will be closed at 8.00am for you to set up. You will be given a time slot for unloading and loading, as space is extremely limited. You may need to carry your equipment and stock through the Town Hall depending on location and capacity.’

For members of the public visiting the market, again, parking is FREE in the B&M and Pridhams car parks.

Hope this information is of assistance to you but please do not hesitate to contact us again if you have any further queries.

      Regards.
