A Referendum will be held on Thursday, 5th November 2026 to decide the question:
“Do you want Cornwall Council to use the neighbourhood plan for Callington and Kelly
Bray to help it decide planning applications in the neighbourhood area?”
Applications to register to vote or to vote by post or proxy should be made to the
Electoral Registration Officer at 0E, County Hall, Treyew Road, Truro, TR1 3AY
