The Business Continuity Plan is a document providing procedural guidance for councillors and employees to ensure business disruptions, when encountered, are minimised.

This policy covers the terms & conditions applicable to those individuals, organisations and groups who hire the Town Hall.

Callington Town Council has a responsibility under the Data Protection Act 2018 to hold, obtain, record, use and store all personal data relating to an identifiable individual in a secure and confidential manner.

We have a responsibility to ensure that personal information is kept and used securely. If data is lost, stolen, misused, sent to the wrong address or inappropriately accessed or released, we have a responsibility to put things right.
