An update on the current drilling campaign:
- The new drilling company for this year’s drilling campaign is called Priority Drilling, they are experts in deeper drilling as we are doing at the moment
- Priority have recruited two local lads, one of whom was used last year by the contractor last year, Energold. One of the local lads used by Energold last year has been working overseas for them in Africa and Europe
- Drilling is only carried out by day. The first hole is nearly complete. A second drill rig has arrived on site and commenced drilling last week so that the work can be carried out quickly
- We have added sound reducing blankets around the rigs as well as bales, this has been successful so far in minimising noise levels.
